10th annual Bruce Wayne Downtown Art Festival, Celebrates 10 days without crime!
Gotham City, October 22nd & 23rd welcomes the 10th annual Bruce Wayne Downtown Art Festival to the beautiful, Big Apple Park nestled in the heart of Old Downtown Gotham, at the corner of 10th and Wayne Ave. “Bring your children and come celebrate 10 days without any crime in Gotham City,” says Commissioner Jim Gordon. “There hasn’t even been a Batman sighting.” Just in time to see the beautiful apple trees blossom.
Fun for the whole family and kids of all ages with a petting zoo, hayrides, games and prizes. With no crime within the past 10 days, the kids get a chance to go outside and play. While the apple tree blossoms are a truly romantical sight as well. Bruce Wayne is featured to make a guest appearance.
The Bruce Wayne Downtown Art Festival is celebrating 10 years of art for the children. Featuring independent artists from all over the world as we fundraise for the Downtown Children’s Hospital. This year is helping to open the new cancer research center at the hospital.

The Gotham City Tourism Board was established August 31, 1962 as a board to join together to bring out of towners back to Gotham City after the civil war of 1960. Known as the “Welcome Wagon” of Gotham City, The Gotham City Tourism Board is responsible for 65% of the women and 60% of the male tourism market. While the main job of the board is transportation and public parks. They’re often hosting galas, art shows, state fairs, events including The Gotham City Independence Festival, Bruce Wayne Downtown Art Festival, and other local festivals and events.
The board has been running the Gotham City Public Transportation for the last 20 years. Controlling the subway, bus and transit systems throughout the city. In 2012 the board opened several Segway rental stops for the Downtown Gotham City grid. Bringing millions of dollars to the children’s cancer program at the Downtown Children’s Hospital.
This year marks the 10 year anniversary of the Bruce Wayne Downtown Art Festival. Last year the festival saw record numbers with 7,000 attending. Art from students all over the world will be on display. This year’s celebration will be following a ten day crime-free streak! Bruce Wayne is expected to make an appearance.
